Linda Sierzchulski focuses on assisting mortgage lenders, banks, servicers, brokers and other financial institutions as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst. Linda has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance, risk management, data management and loan servicing and default management.
Most recently, she served for several years as in-house Quality Assurance Manager for a large interstate mortgage loan origination company, where she managed the auditing of a 20,000 loan portfolio for compliance with Truth in Lending and Real Estate Settlement Practices requirements. In addition, she provided risk management oversight for production operations and data security, developed field review methodologies (origination, underwriting, closing, funding) and performed target audits, including recommendations for process improvements, management comments/action plans, comparisons to prior review of record and date for next review. She also interfaced with technology developers to re-design system data extracts for HMDA and Fair Lending reporting.
In prior positions at other companies, she implemented automated foreclosure and bankruptcy workflow processes, assisted with the development and installation of automated mortgage insurance rate tables, developed and implemented systems for maintaining data and mortgage loan product tables for large-company mortgage loan origination systems, and coordinated transfer time-lines, customer notifications and mortgage assignment requirements for large servicing portfolio transfers and acquisitions.
Linda is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Conference on Consumer Finance Law.
